Our jewelry manufacturers provide a manufacturer’s warranty covering verified manufacturing defects. If an item is determined to have a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer will repair or replace or give refund if the item in accordance with their warranty. Shipping and postage costs to and from the manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer.
